Guided Wellness Trainings

While I have studied energy modalities my entire life and will always be a student, I am passionate about sharing my wellness work with others as a teacher, integrated wellness guide, writer and presenter. I have taught and presented to hospitals, yoga centers, church groups, wellness spas, community groups, college students and more. My work has provided me with the opportunity to speak nationally and internationally to a wide range of groups that vary in age and religious beliefs, as well as economic and cultural backgrounds. I welcome the chance to educate those seeking wellness and to provide them with information, tips and techniques to find their true path through an integrated approach.  

Whether it is inviting people to recognize their relationship with sound and silence or illustrating why it matters to working with people on discovering ways to calm the mind and focus their attention through breathing practices, vocal toning and mindful exercises to helping people find balance both internally and externally, I aim to provide a roadmap to wellness through a mind, body and spirit approach. 

Trainings are interactive experiences that include exercises, discussions and support materials designed to give people and groups the tools they need to be more effective in the way spend their time, focus their energy and live in the present.  

Trainings are offered in person or online and can are tailored to the needs of each specific group. They can be part of a conference, retreat, multi-day workshop, a class spanning over several hours or in the form of a presentation.
